Privacy Policy (English)
This Privacy Policy explains how the developer androidsuperior ("we", "us") accesses, collects, uses, stores and shares your information when you download, install and use the mobile application ChatRobot, package name com.androidsuperior.chatrobot, distributed through Google Play.

1. Permissions the app requests
INTERNET,ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE,ACCESS_WIFI_STATE,CHANGE_WIFI_STATE: to connect to the chat back-end service and to the advertising and in-app purchase services.MODIFY_AUDIO_SETTINGS: to play spoken replies.
The app does not request permissions for your contacts, call log, SMS, camera, microphone recording, files, precise or approximate location, or calendar, and it does not read your phone number, IMEI/IMSI or Android ID.
2. Information we collect
- Chat text you type: sent over an encrypted connection to our back-end service so that a reply can be generated.
- Text you set as the character's long-term memory: stored on your device only.
- Reports you submit: the reported message content, your reason and your identifier, sent to our server for content moderation.
- Random app identifier: an 8-character identifier generated randomly on first launch and kept on your device. It does not come from your Google account, phone number or hardware serial number, and it links your coins, check-ins, achievements and unlocked items together with the anonymous usage counters reported by the app.
- In-app activity data: chat history, coins and coin ledger, check-ins, achievements, mini-game progress and settings, stored only locally on your device.
- Information collected by service providers: Google (Play Services, AdMob/Firebase) collects the Google Advertising ID together with normal device and app signals when the ad feature is used; Google Play Billing returns order and purchase-token information; the speech-synthesis service receives the text to be spoken; the operating system and Google Play collect crash and technical logs under their own mechanisms.
3. Information we do not collect
We do not collect your name, e-mail address, phone number, geographic location, contacts, photos, audio recordings, camera content or browsing history outside the app, and we do not collect health, biometric or government-identifier data. The app has no registration or sign-in system.
4. How information is used
- To provide the conversation and the virtual pet companion, and to keep the context needed for replies.
- To generate spoken audio when you enable voice playback.
- To maintain in-app progress (coins, check-ins, achievements, unlocked content, mini-games).
- To verify purchases and subscriptions through Google Play and deliver the entitlements.
- To serve and measure advertising.
- To handle reports, fix defects, prevent abuse of the interface and keep the service secure.
5. Legal bases (EEA / UK)
Where the GDPR / UK GDPR applies, our legal bases are: performance of the service you request (the first items of section 4 above), legitimate interests (stability, debugging and abuse prevention), consent where your consent is required (the advertising identifier, and sending reply text to the speech-synthesis service), and legal obligation. You may withdraw consent at any time by switching the related feature off in the app's settings or by uninstalling the app; withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out.
6. Storage, retention and deletion
- Local data is kept on your device, and you can erase conversations at any time through User Center → Clear chat history in the app.
- Server logs are deleted periodically. Chat requests handled by the app's back-end are written to server log files, and those files are deleted automatically during routine maintenance, so no conversation history about you accumulates on our servers.
- Uninstalling the app clears everything it has stored on your device; advertising and analytics data collected by Google is retained under Google's own policies.
7. Sharing and disclosure
We do not sell your personal information. It is shared only in the following cases: with the back-end service operated by us; with Google (Play Services, AdMob, Firebase, Play Billing) and the third-party speech-synthesis service, each under its own terms; content you report may be disclosed to Google Play for policy enforcement; and where required by law, a court or a governmental authority, or in a merger or acquisition, in which case the successor remains bound by this policy.
8. Advertising
Advertising in the app is provided by Google (AdMob and Firebase), and Google may use the Google Advertising ID on your device for delivery and measurement. Under the current configuration, ad requests do not contain the user's precise or approximate location, so no location-based targeting is performed.
You remain in control: reset or delete the advertising ID and opt out of personalised advertising in your device's Settings → Google → Ads, and see Google's ad settings page (g.co/adssettings) for how Google handles the data. If we add another ad network in the future, we will list its privacy policy on this page before it becomes active.
9. Minors
This app is not directed at children under 16 (or under the digital-consent age in your country or region, whichever is higher), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. The app contains no real-time chat between users and no custom content visible to other users. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Cross-border transfer
Our back-end is deployed outside your country or region of residence, so data transmitted to our servers or to the providers named above may be processed in other jurisdictions. We rely on the standard safeguards of those providers (for example Google's EU Standard Contractual Clauses / Data Processing Addendum) together with the security measures below.
11. Security measures
- All communication between the app and the servers, including chat requests, is transmitted over an encrypted connection.
- Local data is kept in the app's private storage area, isolated from other apps by the operating system.
- We follow data minimisation: there are no account credentials, and we do not upload hardware identifiers or Google account identifiers.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. If an incident affects your data, we will notify you and the supervisory authority as required by law.
12. Your rights
Under the law of your region you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, object to processing, and withdraw consent. Residents of the EEA/UK and California residents (CCPA/CPRA) may make a request by e-mailing androidsuperior@163.com; the quickest way to clear local data is to use Clear chat history in the app and then uninstall. You may also complain to your local data protection authority. Requests are free of charge and answered within the period set by law (one month under the GDPR).
13. Do Not Track / GPC
The app is not a website and cannot receive browser "Do Not Track" or Global Privacy Control signals. To opt out of personalised advertising, use the device settings described in section 8 above.
14. Changes to this policy
We update this policy as the app evolves. The current version and date appear at the top of this page, and the app links to this page from User Center → Privacy Policy, so continuing to use the app after an update means you accept the revised policy. Material changes are reflected on this page and in the Play "Data safety" declaration.

一、应用申请的权限
INTERNET、ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE、ACCESS_WIFI_STATE、CHANGE_WIFI_STATE：用于连接聊天后端服务、广告与内购服务。MODIFY_AUDIO_SETTINGS：用于播放语音回复。
本应用不申请通讯录、通话记录、短信、相机、麦克风录音、文件、精确或大致位置、日历等权限，也不读取本机号码、IMEI/IMSI 或 Android ID。
二、我们收集的信息
- 你输入的聊天文字：通过加密连接发送至我们的后端服务以生成回复；
- 你设置为长期记忆的文字：仅保存在你的设备中。
- 你提交的举报：包含被举报消息内容、举报原因与你的标识符，发送至我们的服务器用于内容治理。
- 随机应用标识符：首次启动时由应用随机生成的 8 位标识符，保存在设备本地，不来自你的 Google 账户、手机号或硬件序列号，用于关联金币、签到、成就、解锁项等进度，以及应用上报的匿名用量计数。
- 应用内行为数据：聊天记录、金币与账单、签到、成就、小游戏进度、设置项，仅保存在你的设备本地。
- 由服务提供方收集的信息：Google（Play 服务、AdMob/Firebase）在使用广告功能时收集 Google 广告 ID 及常规设备与应用信号；Google Play 计费返回订单与购买凭证；语音合成服务接收需播报的文本；操作系统与 Google Play 会按自身机制收集崩溃与技术日志。
三、我们不收集的信息
我们不收集你的姓名、邮箱、电话号码、地理位置、通讯录、照片、录音、相机内容、应用外浏览记录，也不收集健康、生物识别或政府证件类信息。应用没有注册登录体系。
四、信息的使用方式
- 提供对话与虚拟宠物陪伴功能，并维持回复所需的上下文。
- 在你开启语音播报时生成语音音频。
- 维持应用内进度（金币、签到、成就、解锁内容、小游戏）。
- 通过 Google Play 校验并完成购买与订阅权益发放。
- 展示与衡量广告效果。
- 处理举报、修复缺陷、防止接口滥用与保障服务安全。
五、法律依据（欧洲经济区 / 英国）
在 GDPR/UK GDPR 适用时，我们的法律依据为：履行服务所必需（上文第一项功能）、正当利益（稳定性、调试、防滥用）、你需要同意时的同意（广告标识符、将回复文本发送至语音合成服务），以及法定义务。你可随时在应用设置中关闭相关功能或卸载应用以撤回同意，撤回不影响此前已处理的合法性。
六、存储、保留与删除
- 本地数据保存在你的设备上，可通过「个人中心 → 清除聊天记录」随时删除对话。
- 服务端日志定期删除。应用后端处理的聊天请求会写入服务器日志文件，这些文件在例行维护中自动删除，因此服务端不会长期累积关于你的对话历史。
- 卸载应用即清除它在你设备上保存的全部内容；Google 收集的广告与分析数据按其自身政策保留。
七、共享与披露
我们不会出售你的个人信息。仅在以下情形共享：由我们运营的后端服务；Google（Play 服务、AdMob、Firebase、Play 计费）与第三方语音合成服务按各自条款处理；你举报的内容可能向 Google Play 披露以执行政策；以及法律、法院或政府机关要求、合并收购等情形（接手方须继续遵守本政策）。
八、广告
应用中的广告由 Google（AdMob 与 Firebase）提供，Google 可能使用设备上的 Google 广告 ID 进行投放与度量。当前配置下广告请求不包含用户的精确或大致位置，不进行基于地理位置的定向。
你可自行控制：在设备「设置 → Google → 广告」中重置或删除广告 ID、开启个性化广告退出；也可访问 Google 广告设置页（g.co/adssettings）了解处理方式。未来若接入其他广告网络，我们会先在其生效前于本页面列明其隐私政策。
九、未成年人
本应用不面向 16 岁以下（或你所在国家/地区的数字同意年龄，取较高者）的儿童，我们不会有意收集其个人信息。应用内不含用户间的实时聊天，也不含对其他用户可见的自定义内容。若你认为儿童已向我们提供信息，请联系我们删除。
十、跨境传输
我们的后端部署在你所在国家/地区之外，数据传输至我们的服务器、上述服务提供方时可能在其他国家/地区处理。我们依赖上述服务商的标准保障机制（例如 Google 的欧盟标准合同条款/数据处理附录）以及下述安全措施。
十一、安全措施
- 应用与服务器之间的全部通信（含聊天请求）通过加密连接传输。
- 本地数据存放于应用私有存储区，由系统与其他应用相互隔离。
- 我们遵循数据最小化：不存在账户口令，我们也不上传硬件或 Google 账户标识。
没有任何传输或存储方式绝对安全。若发生影响你数据的安全事件，我们将依法通知你及监管机构。
十二、你的权利
依据你所在地区法律，你可行使访问、更正、删除、限制处理、数据可携带、反对处理及撤回同意的权利。欧洲经济区/英国居民及美国加州居民（CCPA/CPRA）可通过 androidsuperior@163.com 提出请求；本地数据最快捷的清除方式是应用内「清除聊天记录」后卸载。你亦可向当地数据保护监管机构投诉。处理请求不收取费用，并在法律规定的期限内答复（GDPR 为一个月）。
十三、Do Not Track / GPC
本应用不是网站，无法接收浏览器的「Do Not Track」或 Global Privacy Control 信号。如需退出个性化广告，请使用上文第八节所述的设备设置。
十四、政策变更
我们会随应用功能演进而更新本政策。页面顶部标注当前版本与日期；应用通过「个人中心 → 隐私政策」链接至本页面，变更后继续使用即表示你接受更新后的政策。重大变更将同步更新本页面与 Play 的「数据安全」声明。

五、法律依據（歐洲經濟區 / 英國）
在 GDPR/UK GDPR 適用時，我們的法律依據為：履行服務所必需（上文第一項功能）、正當利益（穩定性、除錯、防濫用）、你需要同意時的同意（廣告識別碼、將回覆文字傳送至語音合成服務），以及法定義務。你可隨時在應用設定中關閉相關功能或解除安裝應用以撤回同意，撤回不影響此前已處理的正當性。
六、儲存、保留與刪除
- 本機資料保存在你的裝置上，可透過「用戶中心 → 清空聊天記錄」隨時刪除對話。
- 伺服器日誌定期刪除。應用後端處理的聊天請求會寫入伺服器日誌檔案，這些檔案在例行維護中自動刪除，因此伺服器不會長期累積關於你的對話歷史。
- 解除安裝應用即清除它在你的裝置上儲存的全部內容；Google 收集的廣告與分析資料依其自身政策保留。
七、分享與揭露

八、廣告
